In Köln haben wir heute das Porträt von Mehmet Kubaşık an dessen beeindruckende Tochter Gamze übergeben. Wir bedanken uns für das Vertrauen und verbleiben in solidarischer Freundschaft.
Bei einem beendruckenden Treffen haben wir heute in Kassel das Gemälde des am 6. April 2006 ermordeten Halit Yozgat an dessen Schwestern übergeben. Wir danken ihnen für das Vertrauen, ihren Mut und wünschen ihnen und ihrer Familie alles Gute.

Vor rund 70 Gäst*innen eröffnete Galerist Michael Ziegler am 8. Mai 2022 vor der Roten Galerie in Nürnberg die Ausstellung "Veronika Dimke: UNUTMAYACAĞIZ - WIR WERDEN NICHT VERGESSEN - Porträts der Opfer des NSU".
From May 8 to June 5, 2022 the original paintings will be shown one time at the Rote Galerie in Nuremberg! After that they will be handed over to the relatives of the murder victims. Find more information here.

For the rally on the 19th anniversary of the NSU attack in the Probsteigasse, about 250 people gathered for a memorial event in front of the main station. In various speeches, among other things, the still unresolved questions in connection with the attack were referred to and a complete investigation was demanded. With a minute's silence and commemoration action, the victims of the NSU and all victims of right-wing violence were commemorated.
During an action day called "Mit Suite und Kantate gegen den Staat im Staate" ("with suite and cantata against the state within the state"), around 60 musicians of "Lebenslaute" blocked the entrances of the Federal Secret Service in Cologne. Activist asked about thee involvement of the secret service in the "NSU" murders, and remembered the 10 murdered.
Wednesday, July 11, 2018 a judgement has been passed at the Higher Regional Court in Munich. Activits held a manifest in front of the court for the whole day, entiteld "Kein Schlussstrich!" ("No Closure"). During judgement, reprints of the portraits were presented, that have been made by Veronika Dimke and Mani Vieregg in cooperation with the association “Keupstraße ist überall!”.
